Better Initial Communication
I had to call VRBO customer service to get a response from the property manager. Almost canceled due to the lack of initial communication after I booked the place. All other property managers sent basic information and acknowledged my booking as soon as I made the reservation through VRBO. I don't know why it took so much effort from me to get any response from the manager. The place is clean, not far from the station (both JR and subway). Easy code access to the building and the booked room. Should work on responding with basic information and best method of communication as soon as the booking is made. I like to plan ahead and have everything in file months before I travel.
