Absolutely fantastic stay in a hyper kawaii apartment. Loads of space, even by non-Japanese standards and a great location for both Ueno and Akihabara.

TORA Hotel was a godsend. We were stranded without a hotel due to an accident on the Shinkansen which suspended services the day we were headed to Osaka. The hotel was close to Tokyo station and close enough to Akihabara for us to see a bit before we went back to Tokyo Station. The unit was clean but the shower pressure was weak.

とにかく対応が悪い

途中で水が出ない事があった。 シャワーを使用していると温度が下がる。 ホテルのドアのパスワードが違う。 ホテルからの資料が当日にも届かなく、電話してようやくメールが来た。 とにかく、対応が悪いですね。
