「設備はHilton Garden Innの中でも比較的新しくてきれいな方です。郊外型の立地なので、周りの環境もきれいです。ただし周りには何も建物が無く、車があることが前提のホテルです。とても良いホテルなのですが、フロント係の教育ができていないのが問題。基本的にはHotels.com側のミスなのですが、事前支払い済みにも関わらずその情報がシステムに入力されていなかったために、クレジットカードから宿泊費を取ると言われ、こちらがHotels.comで既に支払ってあるから調べてくれと言っても、システムではそうなっていないから支払えの一点張り。結局マネージャを呼んでもらい、その人がHotels.comに電話をして問題は解決してくれましたが、チェックインするのに40分もかかってしまい、その後の待ち合わせに遅れてしまった。マネージャは穏やかに問題を解決してくれたが、当人は当日何かあったのか、最初から笑顔も無く、少々攻撃的な態度。Hilton Garden...
