The property is ok, but the services are not good as aspected, with broken elevators and coffee machines. My wife lost her white color coat when the hotel the room cleaning staff mistakenly collected the white coat with hotel white towels together and never return to us.

Room was in great condition. Pillows are awesome although the mattress had dips from previous use. The car parking overnight is expensive at $95, however I must say the valet guys are more than helpful, probably the best I have seen. Overall an above average stay. Rooms are very clean.

This hotel was spotlessly clean and we had a great view of the opera house! Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel and we were a short walk to the cruise terminal. Perfect spot!
