My room was compact but comfortable, with a good bed, strong air conditioning, and reliable Wi-Fi. The staff were friendly and efficient at check-in and always willing to help with directions or taxis. Breakfast offered a good selection and was well organised. "Very comfortable bed. Large room. The pool was amazing. Staff were very helpful and always courteous and smiling. Location was good. Right by the skytrain with easy access to the rest of Bangkok, although the area itself was lively and there were plenty of places to eat and nice rooftop bars for the evening "
