Upgraded to a suite, which was fantastic very clean well furnished with great views over the river. Staff were excellent very helpful throughout our stay Breakfast included was also great something for everyone The free water shuttle was an added bonus Spent some time by the pool which was also brilliant really comfortable sun beds and food and drink was good value Thank you to all the staff for making my stay very enjoyable

Fantastic hotel. Staff are incredible and the facilities are excellent. The breakfast was exceptional in terms of quality and choice. We enjoyed eating on the terrace looking out onto the river. The free river shuttle from the hotel was ideal. My only suggestion for improving the shuttle service is to cover the lunchtime period between 12.30-2.00pm.
