「Such a beautiful hotel my only complaint would be the coffee tray in the cupboard is in the wrong place for ease of use esp if your elderly or have struggles bending

「As a first time visitor to London, I found this to be a great start to my trip. It’s very simple and user friendly experience. I enjoyed being able to pop down into the pub for a bev or even a pizza. Quite walkable as well, I took a lovely morning stroll with a chai and croissant from down the way! Definitely check this place out! 」
