"We had a 2 night stay here whilst attending a concert at the O2 for which it's perfect accommodation as it's so close. They have so many staff - even ones to press the lift buttons, and they are so professional. Every single one went the extra mile to make our stay special. We had room service food after the concert, of which there was lots of choice. Breakfast had everything imaginable on the menu. We'll be back when we visit the O2 again."

Only 2 coffee bags seemed a bit stingy and I do think sockets either side of the bed is something that most people expect now.
