Communication was on point, never having to wait for a reply, via what's app. Facilities, room and gardens was even better than the photos extremely spotless. Food was delicious and always on time when we used room service, but also enjoyable to eat at the restaurant with very friendly staff. Small gestures like a welcome card, cake tray, stocked mini bar, robes, slippers, extra pool towels and even a carry bag for your stay were very thoughtful.Can honestly no faulting this place at all.
