It feels like a grand hotel of old with Incredible views, amazing staff - in particular ‘Goose’ provided our table with an absolutely 5 star dinner service. Good selection of food and wine. Spa service was terrific. A real highlight for us was doing the bicycle tour organized by the hotel with the wonderful Resa through the historical town and nearby rice fields. Such an authentic adventure. A very special place! Amazing value."

"We booked a few nights here for our honeymoon. The location, the resort, and the staff made us feel like we were in paradise, entrenched in a forest setting. We were surprised by a lovely cake and decorations for our room for our honeymoon. The staff are super friendly and tentative. The entire staff work together to make sure we get the best service. Sadewa was very friendly and attend to our every needs during breakfast. He has support from, Sutrisna, Diaksa, and Dewi when he’s busy with other guests so we are always attend to. Our room came with butler service and Agus made our trip stress-free with any questions or needs taken care of. Such a wonderful resort and a distressing time after the wedding. Thank you to the entire Maya staff from the front desk, housekeeping, kitchen, engineering, and butler service making our trip the most relaxing and enjoyable. We will definitely come back every year."
