「客室や眺めは最高でしたが、お風呂のお湯が短い間しか出なかった。部屋も変えてもらったが、同じだった。浴槽にお湯を溜めたら途中から水しかでなくなった。なので浴槽のお湯は溜めないほうがよいです。スタッフの方は気さくに対応くださいました。」

「体のメンテナンスのため、こちらのホテルを選びました。 こちらのホテルは、ウブドの街からはかなり離れていますが、毎日2回のシャトルバスが運行されています。ウブドのボディワークスセンターまでのバスですがおよそ15分くらいで着きます。 部屋は掃除がきっちり行き届いていて、とても清潔です。 洗濯は翌日渡しでかなりリーズナブルです。当日渡しの場合でも少しの割り増しで対応可能なようです。 スタッフは皆さんやさしいので、なんでも快く聞いてくださいます。スタッフの服装も清潔です。 朝食付きプランでした。朝食はビュッフェスタイルで、パン、日替わりジュース、フルーツ、その場で作ってくれるオムレツ、コーヒーなど、こだわりの朝食が楽しめます。田園風景を見ながらのんびり食事出来ますので、非日常が楽しめて良いです。 ランチやディナーも値が張るメニューが多くないので、ホテルのレストランで食べても良いと思います。かなり美味しいですよ。 スパメニューは、豊富で、自分に合ったものがチョイスできると思います。 そのほか、無料のアクティビティもたくさんあるので、ホテルだけでも充実した時間を過ごせます。」

「This place was really nice, very friendly.. I do want if you choose the villa, the bathroom is somewhat outside. So if you’re scared of lizards, frogs & other type of bugs coming in, book a room inside.. Overall very nice place to stay. Will be booking again!」

「villaは清潔で非常に良かった。２階建てだが、外階段使用で室内では繋がっていないタイプ。場所は脇道に入っていく感じで、看板を見落とすとやや分かりにくい。スタッフも多くフレンドリーで良いが、プールを終えた後、それぞれの部屋でシャワーを浴びようと思ったらお湯が出なかった点がマイナスかな。スタッフも対応してくれたが復旧しなかったので妻と子供は別の空き部屋を手配してもらえたのは良かった。」
