「This is my second time here, fantastic location amongst the rice fields and near the surf beach. Love the super friendly staff and the clean comfortable rooms. 」

「I checked in after midnight. It was a little difficult to find but the good news was that there was someone at the front desk to check me in. I got lucky and was the only one in the female dormitory. Clean and friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again. Breakfast was good and it was included!」

Lovely views. fantastic breakfast, lots of restaurants and massages over the water, just over the road Initially seemed a big noisy, could hear the pool filter, sometimes hear the building going up next door. The room was very well appointed and serviced daily. Absolutely loved the staff, always available and happy to assist.」

「Vitterligt et fantastisk sted. Parret der ejede det var SÅ søde. Stedet var pænt og rent. Sengene var store og comfortable. Der var den hyggeligste atmosfære og rig mulighed for at møde andre backpackere. Man fik velkomstdrink og parret der ejede det var så søde til at hjælpe med at booke både, scootere, taxa mm. "We had a truly wonderful stay at Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort. The housekeeping staff created beautiful towel art such as swans and other figures with kind messages on the bed — so amazing that we wanted to take photos to remember them! At check-in, Mr. Oka, who speaks fluent Japanese, was very kind and helpful. Every staff member we met — at the second-floor restaurant, by the pool, or even in the corridor — greeted us with warm smiles and made us feel so comfortable. This stay gave us such special memories, and we would love to stay here again when we visit Bali in the future. Thank you very much for the wonderful hospitality. We look forward to visiting again in the near future!"

"1人旅で訪れた。スタッフが非常にフレンドリーで快適。元日系ホテルであったからか、バスタブがあり、湯量も問題なくゆったり湯に浸かれた。フロント、コンシェルジュ、レストラン、宿泊棟のスタッフ全員、親切であった。ただプールはファミリーが多いためかにぎやかであった。またビーチは狭く波も高いため優雅にビーチライフという感じではないが、私は別に気にならなかった。"
