「"The close proximity to the station is very good. The staff is also very kind, which is nice. The rooftop is spacious and has a great sense of openness 😃, so it would be good to come with friends. The room is average. The shower doesn't work. Only hot water comes out of the faucet. Also, the noise from the nearby shops is really loud. People who are sensitive to noise might not be able to sleep until morning. If it weren't for that, it would be five stars."」

「The staff told us it's fully book when we arrived the hostel in the middle of the night. We tried to call to make sure there's bed but nobody answered the phone and email. We have paid for 2 beds turned out he can't do anything and told us we were not his first guests to have double on that day. Wow! Unbelievable 😡」

"ホテル前のビーチは遠浅の珊瑚礁で、透明度が大変高かったです。干潮時には小魚はもちろん生きたサンゴやウツボの赤ちゃん、カニ、タコのように動くヒトデなど生き物の宝庫でした。砂浜も大変綺麗に整備されてて、子供連れでも日本の磯より安心して遊ばせられます。(ただしマリンシューズは必須) プールは広々していて、ビーチチェアが無い！なんて事はありません。ただ、お昼時はプールサイドのレストランがてんてこ舞いで、プールサイドで食べ物オーダーすると待ち時間が1時間近くかかる場合があり、オーダー取りに回ってる店員さんが申し訳なさそうにしてました。プールサイドでの食事は早めオーダーをお勧めします。施設の管理や従業員の方達の対応は大変素晴らしかったのですが、ホテルの周りで徒歩で出かけられる場所はバリコレクション１択な感じです。全てにおいて事足りる場所ではありますが、現地スーパーより価格はかなり高い設定ですので、ばらまき用のお土産や現地の様子を見たい場合は、迷わずタクシー使ってお出掛けをお勧めします。部屋も広々としてましたので、総じて小さな子供連れには最適なホテルのように感じました。"

"I am delighted to offer the top rating because of many reasons. They gave my request for room allocation their full consideration. I slept very well, thanks to them. I liked the cleanliness of the room. The hotel manager is very customer friendly and considerate which made my stay at the hotel most pleasant. The hotel staff are always attentive to customer needs. The hotel is near the shopping and dining facility which is very convenient. When I make a trip to Jakarta, I can not think of any other hotel.
