スタッフの方たちは親切でした。チェックイン時に早く到着してしまったのですが、部屋の準備ができていたため、通してもらえました。 また、フロントにてウェルカムドリンクと美味しいケーキを頂きました。サプライズで嬉しいおもてなしでした。 部屋は清潔でとても機能的。 プールは小さく特に遊ぶものはありませんが、涼む程度でしたら十分です。途中でかなり深くなります。プール用のタオルはプールサイドに置いてあるので申告せずとも使用可能です。 朝食は２泊してまったく同じというわけではなく少し変化がありました。美味しくて冷房の効いた綺麗な部屋でいただけました。ハエがぶんぶんと飛んでこないのでストレスなく過ごせました。 廊下にはウォーターサーバーが設置してあり、自由にいただけるのは大変ありがたかったです。バリ島での宿泊は水の調達が必須なのでこの便利さに感激しました。 ホテル内はロビーから部屋までそれほど遠くなく、エレベーター、廊下なども美しく保たれており、虫が出ないので大変過ごしやすかったです。次回、ウブドに宿泊するときは是非またこのホテルに泊まりたいです。

Very clean room and all the amenities were excellent. Location is fabulous. Very warm and welcoming staff. A little sound proofing of the walls is required for peaceful sleep.

The room was super clean. It has all of the amenities such as toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton buds etc, so you do not have to ask for anything. You get two water bottles daily, theres tea/coffee sachets in the room. They have a water dispenser in the corridor so you can refill your bottles. It really had everything you need. On arrival you have a welcome drink and sweet. The service was good. They have a gym, spa and pool. The area has affordable massage places, restaurants and shops. Overall, highly recommend if you are staying in Ubud.

Must stop spraying horrible and hazardous chemicals in the vents as well as upon each room cleaning. Complained about it at checkin and every time returned to the room. Had to air it out each time by opening the door. Reception explained it as a requirement enforced by the overseas owner to spray those chemicals to prevent any disease spread. What? Also confirmed that a lot of customers were complaining about the smell but management won't budge. Bali has all the essential oils and antibacterial stuff one can think of - why not use those instead?! Pro: Breakfast had a great variety and the staff service was truly exceptional.

The highlight of our stay was the incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Almost everyone we interacted with went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after. Small touches such as remembering our breakfast orders, bringing snacks with drinks ordered from the bar, helping us find the right driver, and explaining the local area and surroundings really made a difference. There are a few areas where the property could improve, particularly with housekeeping and room comfort. The carpets could be vacuumed more regularly, and the wash basin could benefit from a more thorough clean, as there were some signs of mould that became noticeable on closer inspection. The air conditioning could also be stronger or cool the room faster, especially for guests returning from the heat outside. Better water pressure in the shower would also improve the overall experience. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and really enjoyed the location. The staff were knowledgeable, welcoming and able to communicate well in English, which made everything much easier throughout our stay. With a few improvements to cleanliness and room amenities, the experience could be even better.

Great hotel in the centre of Ubud. We had the half board option for convenience around our tight itinerary. The first night we arrived late and missed dinner, the hotel approached as to see if we would like this to be added as lunch/dinner on the day of checkout instead. Beds were comfortable. My only criticism is that our room was potentially part of an adjoining room. And one evening I could hear my next door neighbour snoring. Soundproofing may not be an issue in other room types.
