Sonesta Hotel Baltimore Inner Harbor

"When we arrived the lady at the front desk was very nice. We arrived early and we was able to get in our room early so that was good when we got up there the room seem to be fine. When we started checking the sheets as we usually do making sure there’s no bedbugs and spray disinfectant spray. We did find a piece of hair underneath the covers on the fitted sheet, which kind of made us feel like they didn’t change the sheets then when we went to take a shower, there was a long piece of hair in the shower, which obviously could not have been cleaned correctly because how would that hair get on the wall of the shower if the shower was disinfected correctly. Once we tried to take a shower, the water pressure was absolutely terrible. It was almost like trickling down so you cannot even take a shower like you wanted to because the pressure was awful. I did talk to the manager the following day because he was gone that night by the time we went to the Front Desk. They did send Maintenance up there who did try to rectify the situation and changed the showerhead, but the pressure was no better there was nothing said about the long hair in the shower and the bed that was kind of disregarded. The area is nice but would I stay here again most likely not. I love a good shower at all times so that right there turned me off not to mention there was a lady at the desk in the evening time at night who act like she did not want to be there and knew nothing about anything that I asked her."

"The hotel was fully booked when I got there and the staff was not prepared. None of the rooms were ready and many people were looking for the luggage and trying to get into their rooms. The staff never apologized for the unconvinced and instead had an attitude with everyone. Though it is beautiful I would not go back and deal with the staff."

"Dangerous place to stay. Unauthorized key was given to an unknown party and the manager excuse was she was a new employee. Front end staff very rude. Rooms aren’t cleaned throughly. Parking lots are dimmed and no cameras are working in the hotel hallways or park lot. Risky property. I would not recommend."

"Chosen for the convenience of my event, and it didn’t disappoint. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We had an arrival that was too late for shuttle, but served me well for departure. Best surprise was the food in restaurant absolutely delicious. Very nice accommodations, excellent staff!"
