"Good stay although u left my wallet in the safe and they told me they “couldn’t find it”. Huge hassle cancelling cards. I would have expected that to have been kept securely and returned."

"I was disappointed as I attended for my birthday and was given a room on a hallway where they were in construction with doors taped up and without door handles. It wasn’t the special stay I was imagining especially after paying more for an executive room."

"Really warm greeting from the stsff as soon as we stepped into the hotel. Quick & efficient check-in. The room was cleaned to a very high standard. Plenty of choice at breakfast - everything from a full english cooked breakfast to a continental one. My only complaint was that there was no restaurant on site, only a cafe for snacks. Overall a great stsy & would definitely revommend."
