"The location and how the cabins were made. Seeing the volcano from the windows was a very relaxing experience. The birds, the flowers, the sloth on the trail made us feel so close to nature. We had a very satisfying nature trip vacation. Thanks to the people behind this wonderful property. Keep up the good works! Pura Vida!"

"The hotel itself is beautiful, the staff is very courteous and the premises are gorgeous. It’s nice to have a volcanic water pool even though in my opinion it should not be so hot. Both my girlfriend and I got a little dizzy after a while. I do recommend staying there though. The breakfast is fantastic! Location as well."

"The site is spectacular with all the rooms overlooking the volcano and I liked that the hotel is not terribly large. The thermal pools were amazing, with 5 cascading pools, from hot to cooler as they descend. The food was excellent with several options. The complimentary breakfast buffet was amazing and featured both local and international fare, and so much fruit! The staff were all so helpful and attentive. "

"Beautiful property with lots of lush greenery. The sounds of the birds every morning were so soothing to hear from the porch. Arenal volcanic national park is nearby and there are so many hot springs around this hotel. "
