「This is a beautiful property with impeccable service and amazing views of the volcano. Our family suite was very large with an instagram worthy view of the volcano from our balcony. The grounds are beautiful- the trees, flowers, water features, just gorgeous. A good sized pool and several hot springs are part of the property. The breakfast buffet was great- lots of choice with polished service. This is definitely one of the more beautiful upscale properties in La Fortuna. We had several tours...

Greivin helped us book a spa and dinner evening before our arrival via WhatsApp and it worked out flawlessly. Rooms are simple but clean and private, everything you need for a high activity trip like in fortuna. We would definitely stay here again. 」

「チェックインの際、予約がないと言われるトラブルがあった。 結局先方の確認ミスであったが、こういったミスは印象を悪くするので気を付けてもらいたい。 部屋は広く快適だが、コスタリカのホテルに共通してWiFiがフロント周辺でしかつながらない。 また、レストランは質が悪く使用しなかった。 向かいのステーキハウスはステーキ以外のメニューも含め、非常においしかった。 浴槽は広いが、お湯の量に限界があるのか20%ほど貯めると湯の温度が低下した。 温泉地だけに、この点は残念であった。」

「Rainforest Villa was amazing very clean, staff was awesome at all times, chefs were great, enough options for dinner in the resort as well as amenities where you dont have to leave the resort make sure to eat at la terazza as chef John is awesome. The resort feels like you right in the middle of the rainforest full of beautiful lush landscapes.」

「The room was large and very comfortable for our group of four (two adults and two teenagers). We especially enjoyed the private thermal pool, which was an awesome addition. However, we did notice that some of the fixtures in the room are a bit dated, particularly the toilet. Updating these elements would significantly improve the overall experience. Thermal pools were nice and spacious」
