「The hot springs are really nice - lots of little pools to choose from plus a 'normal' pool too for swimming. The waterslide is fast! The grounds are lovely, with a viewpoint and a lake that you can swim in. It also has so much plant diversity around the grounds, it is so pretty. The rooms aren't super modern, but they are really lovely and comfortable. 」

The property is gorgeous and we especially liked the pool and surrounding garden — it was a beautiful oasis for afternoon breaks. The staff was so attentive— I think there was a moment where I whatsapp’d them and they were on site within minutes! The only reason I put 4 stars for amenities is because the kitchen stools and some of the kitchen tools were pretty cheap compared to the luxe nature of everything else on...
「Lovely brand new hotel on a hillside overlooking the main center of Santa Elena. Beautiful clean rooms with clean water and bathrooms, new construction, 5 minute walk to town. The hosts are lovely and welcoming, providing advice to guests on all sorts of things. Communal breakfast in the morning is great too! Most of all, this property is run by a non-profit that supports children's education, so it's great to contribute to the cause by staying here.」
