"Property is expansive and immaculately maintained. In the off season it felt as if we had rented the entire beautiful property. Lots of walking and stairs — be warned. "We had such a wonderful 5 night stay as a family of 4 at El Silencio de Campo. It was nice that every room was its own villa. The property is lovely and nicely sized but not so large that it was overwhelming. My kids milked a cow at their farm and enjoying seeing all the animals (horses, mini horses, chickens and other fowl, cows, and a pig). The hot springs were nice - it’s not a huge complex of hot springs like the nearby big resorts but I found it to be sufficient for us. The restaurant was good (much better than I expected being a hotel restaurant) and we really enjoyed it. The staff are so friendly and willing to help. They were all so kind. I would gladly come back in the future!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Paraíso Arenal. The staff were so friendly, the food was very good, and the views were absolutely beautiful. One of the best parts was sitting at the bar in the thermal pool with a drink and just enjoying the scenery. Such a relaxing place and a lovely stay overall."
