The Royal Corin Thermal Water Spa & Resort - Adults Only

"This was a really great boutique hotel for adults only. The rooms were very clean and modern. They could use a little more light, especially in the bathrooms. The pools and thermal spas were very nice and very warm. We would’ve loved to have a cooler pool to cool off in. The included breakfast was excellent. There was fresh fruit, made to order eggs and accompaniments. The service all around was superb! The gym could use a little updating and cleaning. The directions on Waze tell you to take a left into the property but it’s actually a right or vice versa so the directions are incorrect on GPS services. It is centrally located to La Fortuna and to all of the attractions."

"Beautiful property with outstanding staff and services, but the standard rooms are starting to show their age. The beds, sheets, pillows, we're great. The room itself has seen better days. There was some mold around the tub, the tub was stained, outlets were few, and the lighting was harsh. Highlights are the amazing hot springs, the gardens and the pool bar. The restaurant could be better for the price."

"The property is small but situated perfectly offering the best view of Mount Arenal. We had the garden view bungalow and were very pleased. Air conditioning worked perfectly. Room was clean, beds comfortable! Obviously you’re amidst a jungle so there will be bug encounters, but the staff was quick to assist. Diego at the front desk was absolutely fantastic. The tv is a bit outdated, but we didn’t care much for it. Wifi is strong. The grounds are kept clean. The only issue is the flies during breakfast. It’s almost impossible to eat comfortably with the flies constantly hovering! Other than that, the stay was excellent!"
