"Overall a very nice place to stay. Rooms are upgraded and comfortable. Only complaints are that the Wi-Fi can be slow at times or cut out, and there are not enough power points and zero USB charging ports so make sure to bring your own."

"Absolutely loved everything about this place! Best hotel ever! Super comfy beds, great pillow selection, each room has it's own thermometer with heat and AC. Kitchen was well equipped with pans with no scratches. Not far from the airport. "

"Pros: ​Convenient Location: Only a 20-minute drive to the CBD and the airport, which is handy for travelers. ​Walking Distance to Shops: There is a large shopping mall just a 10-minute walk away, making it easy to grab supplies or food. ​Cons: ​Severe Hygiene Issues: While the room looked clean on the surface, it was infested with fleas. After one night, me and my friend woke up with itchy bites and red bumps all over my body. This is a major health and safety concern. ​No On-site Staff: The front desk was completely unmanned. The service bell is useless as no one responds to it. ​Frustrating Check-in: You are forced to call a "remote" phone number provided on-site just to get your room key. It’s an unnecessarily complicated and cold process. ​Final Verdict: The convenience of the location does not justify the lack of basic hygiene and service."

"Parking was inadequate. Not enough carparks to allocate one to a unti. Had car park behind and block me in. Apologetic manager had to wrangle people coming and going "

"Check-in was easy, staff member at reception was lovely :) Bed was comfy, shower was great, AC was very welcome in the humidity! A bit of dust and such in the places that aren’t easily accessible (high window behind kitchenette cabinets for example). I had access to a wee courtyard, but the large pavers underneath the seating need some stabilising, every time I moved they shifted which was rather alarming. Overall it was great value for money for an overnight stay, would happily stay again :)"
