I loved that they had a shower cap. Our bed was clean and comfortable and our room felt spacious and welcoming. We didn’t hear any outside noise at all. Only gripe was the bathroom extractor fan had a mind of its own and liked to turn itself on randomly"

"The room itself was ok but some patches on the walls were damaged and not repaired. But the checking in was horrible! I had to ring this number, then I got someone on the phone that demanded I tell her my credit card number or I wouldn’t be getting access to a locked box which has my key in it. There were other people in the room yet I still had to give them my number. I explained that the payment had already been done but she said she needed my number to verify or guarantee the payment. It was very hard to do and I told someone else to get out of the room so they couldn’t hear me hear my numbers . Very frustrating!!! I will never go back there again even though it was ok room. But I could have been overheard !!"
