Check in was odd - didn't realise you had to call a number to be given a code to a lockbox with room key in it. Room was clean, although could do with a spring clean. Room was quiet and away from the road and spacious. Was close to Greenlane for our event. Would stay again. Thank you

The room itself was ok but some patches on the walls were damaged and not repaired. But the checking in was horrible! I had to ring this number, then I got someone on the phone that demanded I tell her my credit card number or I wouldn’t be getting access to a locked box which has my key in it. There were other people in the room yet I still had to give them my number. I explained that the payment had already been done but she said she needed my number to verify or guarantee the payment. It was very hard to do and I told someone else to get out of the room so they couldn’t hear me hear my numbers . Very frustrating!!! I will never go back there again even though it was ok room. But I could have been overheard !!

this small hotel was just perfect and had everything we needed, including a kitchen and a nice warm towel bar. there is no elevator, but there was plenty of parking, and it was an easy walk to convenient places. the area felt safe and quiet. the only inconvenience was the remote check in process it took about an hour to understand the system

Its the worst place i have ever stayed in. Payed for 4 nights left after 1 night. Would like a refund. Its so dirty and smells terrible.l have a lung condition ans could not breathe. Previous peoples rubbish still there plus no clean towels or kitchen cloths. Bedside lamp had no shade and a broken off prong on the plug. Kitchen chairs where fillfy dirty as where the bed covers. Cupboards musty. Toilet paper in the carpark and up the tree. No other roomso offered to clean . Noway could a clean get that smell out. No one at reception, have to ring a number to get the safe number to get your key. Just as well i had a friend with a phone. I left mine back in Australia.i could go on but i think you should have the idea.

Good location,units are fine,attention to detail average,skirting boards dusty, paint work needs touching up. The exterior of the building needs a spruce up as does the reception area. Rooms smell like toilet cleaner.😀

Pros: ​Convenient Location: Only a 20-minute drive to the CBD and the airport, which is handy for travelers. ​Walking Distance to Shops: There is a large shopping mall just a 10-minute walk away, making it easy to grab supplies or food. ​Cons: ​Severe Hygiene Issues: While the room looked clean on the surface, it was infested with fleas. After one night, me and my friend woke up with itchy bites and red bumps all over my body. This is a major health and safety concern. ​No On-site Staff: The front desk was completely unmanned. The service bell is useless as no one responds to it. ​Frustrating Check-in: You are forced to call a "remote" phone number provided on-site just to get your room key. It’s an unnecessarily complicated and cold process. ​Final Verdict: The convenience of the location does not justify the lack of basic hygiene and service.
