The staff were very pleasant nothing was to much trouble.Our room was spotless and a really good size. The restaurant is excellent pays to book as it is a very popular place. Close to Sylvia Park shopping and the motorway.plenty of free parking. We are happy to stay here when in Auckland.🤗

My stay was terrific, had an awesome time. The room service ladies were superb, clean and tidy room. except when I asked where to heat up my food, was told to go all the way from level 5 upstairs to go on ground level in the restaurant to heat it up. Loved staying here, really felt luxurious which was what I was going for! Only faults is the the beds we had were on wheels so every time we sat down the bed would move around, the spa pool wasn't very warm and we didn't get pool towels in the room. We enjoyed walking around the courtyards and enjoying the gardens and enjoying breakfast outside on the deck in the sun with the nice view of the bay. Can't wait to stay again!
