The apartment was clean and tidy, had everything we needed for our stay, prompt response from maintenance when a problem occurred. Highly recommend. "

I did not like how there was no person at the help-desk and the customer service was conducted strictly through emails with no phone number to call and they took hours to get us our entrance code while we waited in the cold."
