「Checking in was confusing in that you had to go to the lockbox at the apartment to get the clicker to enter the parking area. The apartment had everything you would need, except there were no washcloths and not enough kitchen towels. The internet went out one day, but was restored after a few hours. The dryer stopped working because the water reservoir was full. Management explained the solution after we contacted them, but this should be in the instructions. The location is quite good and...

「Location nearly perfect. In heart of historic city. Easy access to sites tours, dining. Only drawback directly above restaurant that serves past 23:00. Our point of contact was always there when we needed her and was very accommodating during check in and departure. Could have been cleaner; showing wear and age. All onsite informational material in French only had use translation app which was tedious」
