「Very bad experience. Communication with the property was extremely poor. We had no TV and they would not fix it. Finally was resolved on the last night of our stay. I would not recommend this property to anyone. I am waiting to hear from them if we will get some type of financial reimbursement for not having a workable stay for the three nights we spent there. We repeatedly asked them for assistance to no avail. Communication about check in and check out info very poor. We had to go to a...

「It’s a beautiful location but the host had *terrible non-existent communication* and the flat was not stocked. There was no hand soap, barely any towels. No salt/pepper, 1 single knife. The bare minimum basics were not provided and when we messaged the host asking for support she did not respond. It’s a beautiful location if you’re able to provide everything else for yourself.」

"Whenever I visit Geneva from Japan, I will definitely stay here again, and I would highly recommend this hotel to others. I have stayed here twice so far. The hotel is located directly in front of Geneva train station, which is extremely convenient. Check-out is also until 12:00 p.m., so you can enjoy a relaxed morning without having to rush. The staff at the front desk were very professional and helpful. When I was looking for a place to have dinner, they recommended a restaurant and even made a reservation for me. It was a Swiss restaurant, and I really enjoyed it because it was peaceful and not overly crowded with tourists. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I especially liked the large bathroom sink, which made getting ready very convenient. As with many hotels near a train station, you can hear some noise from outside until quite late at night. If you are sensitive to noise, I would recommend bringing earplugs. One small thing I noticed was that the staff in the breakfast area seemed somewhat tired and less energetic. There was no particular problem, but I did notice a contrast with the very professional and attentive front desk staff. Overall, this is a wonderful hotel with an excellent location, comfortable rooms, and very helpful staff. I will definitely choose this hotel again the next time I visit Geneva."
