「This property had everything we needed for the two of us to enjoy a relaxing stay, although it is equipped to host a family with a couple of small children as well. The best feature is its location; it is right in the heart of the Old City, just a few minutes walk to the canals, outdoor market, Lake Annecy, and train station. 「Très bon accueil du propriétaire, le logement est propre et fonctionnel. Endroit calme, terrain de foot en face mais ne gène pas la tranquillité. Le logement est proche de la Suisse, idéale pour découvrir un autre pays. Recommande le logement」

「Very bad experience. Communication with the property was extremely poor. We had no TV and they would not fix it. Finally was resolved on the last night of our stay. I would not recommend this property to anyone. I am waiting to hear from them if we will get some type of financial reimbursement for not having a workable stay for the three nights we spent there. 「It’s a beautiful location but the host had *terrible non-existent communication* and the flat was not stocked. There was no hand soap, barely any towels. No salt/pepper, 1 single knife. The bare minimum basics were not provided and when we messaged the host asking for support she did not respond. It’s a beautiful location if you’re able to provide everything else for yourself.」
