Was exactly what I was looking for. Host was very accommodating and was quick to respond. Walking distance to downtown shops/restaurants. And the view from the balcony was beautiful. Highly recommend.

Nous sommes très déçus de la location. Le ménage n’avait absolument pas été fait. Concernant la cuisine, La gazinière était « dégueulasse » désolé pour cet adjectif un peu fort mais il résume parfaitement l’état!!! Fourchettes cassées, pas pratique pour manger!!!!! La cuisine n’était pas propre en générale!!!!Concernant la chambre, protège matelas ainsi que les oreillers manque d’hygiène total. Présence de tâches de sang sur les oreillers qui n’ont pas de protection, le protège matelas n’est pas changé à chaque locataire Présence de poils dessus et pas propre!!!Concernant la salle de bain, La douche n’était pas propre non plus présence de tâches oranges!!!!Quant aux fourchettes certaines sont cassées !!!!! Pas pratique pour manger..Après 5 heures de route et l’envie de profiter des vacances, c’est contrariant d’arriver dans un appartement où l’on ne sent pas à l’aise car mal entretenu!!!!C’est vraiment dommage car il est très bien situé et fonctionnel.

Appartement refait mais volets en fer difficiles à fermer. Menage laissant à désirer. Toiles d araignées, poussiere sur les peubles et lampe de chevet...pourtant on m a facturé 30 euros de menage...Absence de micro onde et d essoreuse a salade Il y avait longtemps que je n avais pas fait chauffer le lait à la casserole et essoré la salade dans un torchon !!

Super emplacement pas de problème pour stationner la vue du balcon est magnifique commerces proches pas besoin de prendre la voiture pour aller au centre ville cela ce fait à pied environ 15 mn je recommande cette location

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön mit Balkon und schöner Aussicht auf die Berge. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Herd, Backofen, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und genug Geschirr. Das WLAN funktioniert dort sehr gut und es gibt einen Aufzug. Außerdem liegt die Wohnung in einem ruhigen Viertel. Dafür etwas außerhalb der Altstadt, aber der Spazierweg zum See ist sehr idyllisch und dauert (nur) 30 Minuten.

Weekend à Annecy

L'appartement est très bien situé à proximité de tout.5 mn à pied d'une boulangerie 20 mn à pied du centre Place de stationnement gratuit On a tout fait à pied et en vélo La vue du balcon sur les montagnes est top.Seul petit bémol le canapé un peu creusé et le lit de 140 un peu petit pour nous car mon mari est grand et costaud mais pour un weekend ça a fait l'affaire.Je recommande vivement ce logement, Pascal nous a très bien accueilli

Appartement très bien placé à 20 min à pied du centre et de toutes commodités.Nous n'avons pas eu froid,il est bien équipé, il manque juste un micro onde et une machine à laver fonctionnellepour être parfait. le ménage demande un peu plus de rigueur. Merci à vous cordialement.charles

Superbe séjour !

Très bon séjour via l'appartement de Pascal. Il est arrangeant et accueillant ! L’appartement offre tout le nécessaire et bien situé permettant de faire beaucoup de chose à pied. Le balcon offre une très jolie vue ! Points d'améliorations : Même si la cuisine est plutôt bien équipée, un micro-onde ne serait pas de refus. Niveau propreté, nous avons constaté qu'il y avait pas mal de poussières (dessus du canapé, table du salon, meuble tv...) et de la vaisselle pas toujours propre

Schöne blicke, unzufrieden Sauberkeit

Das Ferienobjekt bietet eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Berge, und der Spaziergang am Fluss in die Stadt ist sehr angenehm. Mit dem Bus Nr. 5 ist man schnell in der Stadt. Leider ist die Wohnung in die Jahre gekommen und die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Staub und Haken lagen auf dem Boden, und die Bettwäsche war bei Ankunft nicht bereitgestellt. Hier sollte mehr Wert auf Sauberkeit gelegt werden.

Récapitulatif de l'état du logement.

Propreté de manière général médiocre, l'annonce mentionné une machine à laver, helas hors service au moment du séjour! canapé vétuste et crade, présences de diverses taches ,cafés.ect ,il serait grand temps de le changer,les sanitaires sont peut entretenue beaucoup de tartre dans les wc et la douche merite de nouveau joint blanc de préférence qui serait une meilleure couleurs, beaucoup de poussière sur les abats jours et le mobilier bref rien de très grave.Et pour finir aucune présence physique de l'hôte à l'arrivée ni au départ,toutefois il repond facilement aux messages envoyés via l'application. Dommage le logement manque d'entretien il aurait besoins d'une bonne rénovation! Nous prenons conscience que ce n'est pas un 4 étoiles, mais le prix nous oblige a être plus sévère sur l'accueil et l'entretien du logement, merci bonnes continuation.

Un super séjour !

Appartement conforme à l'annonce, très bien situé, à deux pas du vieux Annecy, pas de soucis de stationnement, tout peut se faire à vélo, les courses, les ballades, pistes cyclables partout, local vélos à disposition, propriétaire arrangeant et sympathique. Une très belle ville d'Annecy qui sait accueillir ses touristes ,tout le tour du lac est en accès libre. Beaucoup beaucoup de monde pendant notre séjour en Aout 2024, surtout dans le vieux Annecy, mais on peut toujours se retirer de la foule et s'échapper au calme autour du lac, dans les beaux villages en périphérie. Pas de soucis avec les animaux qui peuvent eux aussi profiter d'une baignade grâce à un endroit qui leur est dédié, attention certaines plages interdites.. A recommander sans aucune hésitation pour un merveilleux séjour au grand air ! sans voiture !
