「An adorable flat in the perfect location to see all of historic Annecy. An easy walk to the lake and loads of options for food, coffee and drinks. A note to frequent VRBO users: this property does not include some necessities, like hand soap and shampoo/conditioner. Also, come prepared with coffee if you’re an early riser. And there was no note on available WIFI and the service within the walls is spotty. None of those things affected our stay too much, but be prepared. Overall a fantastic...

「We like to book via VRBO because we can use their app to communicate with the host. Unfortunately this host is not there to see to the check-in and check-out. Her concierge for the check-in could only contact us via email due to our limitations and him not having access to VRBO. We had to wait for him to be available. On checkout it was someone else and the host did not let them know that we could only communicate via email so we had to take our chance and leave the keys under the mat....
