"The rooms were not clean, did not have bedding for the pull out couch went down and they were out of pillows to give us for the pull out couch. We reserved a two bed room with a pull out but they said when we arrived they did not have one so put us in a regular room with one king. We have a family of 4 so it was very tight having two teenage boys on a small pullout was a large inconvenient. the bathroom was dirty - shower looked like it was not clean as well as toilet paper was out leaving an empty roll in it's place. Something was spilt on the wall next to the nightstand and on the bedskirt. Breakfast was completely down when we came down at 9:20 when breakfast was done at 9:30. "

"Newer property but a few negatives. Our room was on the highway side. Very noisy! For 3 people we only had 1 roll of toilet paper. 3 towels. Requested more in the morning but then had to go to the lobby at night to get it. Tub drain was clogged. Request to fix not fulfilled. Free breakfast was mediocre. Coffee was terrible. "
