「I am in a wheelchair, and as such, my only complaint is the odd set up for persons with disabilities to enter. One must wheel down past the actual front doors, which are stair assessable only, then enter a bit of covered area (which was by far the only real dirty and/or broken down looking space), then ride the elevator up and enter on the other side of the main foyer from the front desk. It wasn't such a big deal that I wouldn't stay again, but it was quite an annoyance. I believe a ramp...

「The elevator was out of order Best not to stand a third floor when there’s not working elevator The room was clean There are towels and body wash, and shampoo available And the breakfast buffet was good enough for variety and taste One thing I didn’t like personally the television channels are very limited and would’ve been better if I brought my own HDMI cable and source to watch my own videos I will say, though the Internet is fantastic and excellent Internet connection」

「The beds were so comfortable and the rooms were very clean. I loved that they had a tribute to all military members with different memorabilia and information from each of the wars. I’m always proud to stay in a place that supports our service members.」

「The place was great, but we discovered hidden fees. At 1pm, we asked if an early check in was available and there is a $25 fee for an early check in. We skipped check in until after 3pm.」

「ドライヤーが置いなかった。部屋を掃除して下さいとフロントにお願いして出かけたが掃除がされてなかった。朝出掛ける時エレベーターの側にあったゴミ箱付近に大量のゴミが散乱されていたが、午後かえってきても片付けていなかたった。空港の送迎をお願いさたら10ドルかかるとあわれた。ホームページには無料」

「Clean, well maintained hotel with friendly staff. Convenient to the GRR airport.」

「Breakfast was a mess everyday, plates everywhere because they didn’t empty and food trays were constantly empty. Coffee was hardly ever full. 1 of 2 elevators was broken the entire time making lines long. Blankets were paper thin and AC unit was extremely loud. Pool was small and freezing cold, no hot tub, and the three chairs were completely falling apart. Front desk was very kind at least.」

「I liked the people at the front desk coming and going. they were very helpful and made the stay nicer. The TV remote and system was terrible. Replaced remote 3 times and never fully worked. Had to get up to turn on and off, volume. Need to work on that. Pool closed but didn't bother us. Overall, we had a great time.」
