「very dirty room dirty towels, bathroom bad smell both in a room and hallway」

「Everything was great! The only thing is that I booked 2 king rooms and was given 2 double queen rooms. When I went to the desk to ask to be switched to what I booked and paid for, I was told Expedia over books them and that they were sold out for the night so the double queen rooms were my only option. 「Breakfast wasn't stellar, but decent. Still no receipt from our stay!!!Real pleased with pretty much everything else!」
