"Need to have options for food, like vending machines or room service. I arrived on an evening flight with no vehicle. I took the airport shuttle to hotel and was very hungry, but the hotel had nothing to offer. And they need to fix the deadbolts on the door or do not put guests in rooms with raggedy locks that are jinky. It is an unsafe security issue that may cause legal problems for the owner if someone gets hurt, attacked, or snatched up. Since others have complained of this same problem, makes this issue creepy and suspect. Why not fix it? Other than that, my stay was good. The staff was very kind and welcoming."

"The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The desk was comfortable to sit in and the TV worked well. The shower was not easy to use and restroom floor easily became wet. The elevator was not very clean during one of my days at the hotel. Breakfast options were limited, but I appreciated the herbal teas available."

"It's a great place to stay for the 4th of July. You can see all kinds of fireworks from the west side of the hotel. Only thing is that it being a busy weekend that both elevators would have been working and the trash cans were full and pretty nasty. But probably would stay again if needed to."

"We booked this hotel for the evening as we had a concert at Acrisure. The room was well appointed and clean. The location was perfect to walk to dinner and then to the concert. We had drinks and an appetizer in the hotel lobby prior to dinner and a late night drink in the Lumber Baron bar when we returned from the show. Both experiences were lovely. Had a quick lunch at The Kitchen by Wolfgang Puck before heading home. We live locally, but have not stayed here since our wedding night 26 years ago! We definitely left having decided we need to do this again!"
