「The property is very misleading from some reviews, but I didn't notice how long ago they were reviewed.
Weed covered the entrance sign and either call it OYO HOTEL or Mona Lake Inn to lessen the confusion.
Buildings are dated, the room I had on ground floor of complex B, was clean and spacious. The entrance hallway had a hint of cannabis odor, but the room didn't.
The parking lot was definitely being used by occupants and people as we entered the access driveway.

「The studio is big enough for 3 people and a dog. It was very clean and had everything we needed including dog food bowl and a water bowl. The bed was comfy, and the 2 ceiling fans and air conditioner kept the room pretty cool in the hot summer weather. There were also bikes available and I had a great time biking to the beach. It’s located right above lakeside cafe, so you can enjoy breakfast there every morning. We all really enjoyed our stay at the Nest!」
