「Staff was outstanding. Friendly and helpful.」

「While I understand the hotel has been recently renovated, there are several basic areas that need attention. First, the bathroom completely lacks towel hooks, leaving us with nowhere to hang towels after showering. Additionally, the policy of only cleaning rooms for stays of three nights or more is highly inconvenient. The room comfort also fell short. The pillows were far too soft with no firm options available, and the heating and AC unit was not working properly. On a positive note, the...

「Customer Beware When Booking! ⭐ 1/5 Stayed at the Delta on Saturday, and for the price, I was far from impressed! The hotel is under renovations, which is fine if you know what you're getting into. However, the parking lot was a mess and felt sketchy, the elevator was dated, and the rooms were extremely basic. The AC barely worked, the walls were paper-thin, the room door needed attention, and we didn't even have a phone to contact the front desk! Front desk staff weren't rude, but they...

「Do not stay here. The photos on the site are not representative of what the rooms look like. Old, smelly, unclean, no hot water. We checked in and within 5 minutes handed the keys back saying we could not stay there due to the filth. They were not helpful at all. Do yourself a favor and bypass this one. It’s awful.」

「It's under construction now. There were several inconvenience during staying. It's better to stay after this coming September when all finish.」

「Staff were SUPER friendly. Only down fall was the door looked like it had been pried open before which made us a little uneasy. Staff made our stay worth while.」

「The room key had to be set every time we left for the day. The toilet had a slow drain leak so it would fill every 30 minutes which was very loud, so we just turned the water off until we used it. The bathroom sink had no hot water, shower was fine. Staff was good and breakfast was great. I would stay here again.」

「Everything was okay, and we were satisfied with our overnight stay. It appears to be an older property with the need for cosmetic and maintenance updates.」
