"The inside of the cottage was very clean. The bathroom towels are like blankets! SO nice! The kitchen is decent (with a little coffee/tea bar and fresh eggs in the refrigerator!!), the living room is spacious and the beds are very comfortable. My only issue with the interior was there was no place to put the luggage in the bedrooms. I had to put my suitcase on the floor and kept having to bend down to get things out of it. It would be nice to have a luggage rack or a small dresser in each room....

"We stayed here when in Warrenton to care for a loved one. It was the perfect location between the hospital and town in a lovely quiet neighborhood. House was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Chase was wonderful to work with and Mike (the owner) was very welcoming. Not only were we given bread, eggs, sausage at the beginning of our stay, we found some beautiful daffodils on our doorstep during our stay. We will definitely be back! Thank you!"

"Perfect and economical place to stay right outside of DC. Host was great in communicating with us. He even welcomed us with a box of doughnuts! You can’t beat the wonderful upscale neighborhood with close by shopping and dining options. Close by and walkable metro and Uber travel options."

"Had a great time staying at the cottage. It was beautifully furnished (more so than other rentals). Nice linens an dishes for use. The design of the place was more in line with a place a person would live in than rent out, which made for a very comfortable experience. The owner was very friendly and laid back. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, and it was safe to park on the street. Within 1 mile there is a town center with nice restaurants and a super market. Was nice to walk to and...

"We just completed a lovely stay in Leesburg. The location is great-near bike trails, near great restaurants. The bed was very comfortable which is a big deal for me. We can't wait to return!"

"My daughter's family and myself went to DC for my mother's burial at Arlington. It was a quick trip and we're from the area,though no one lives there now, so we needed a place to stay. This was a convenient location close to places to eat, the Metro, and major roadways. It was clean, comfortable, and safe. I'd definitely recommend. "The property was listed by two agencies and double booked. It took us some time to contact the owner. We were very disappointed not to get what we had reserved. However, they had another property which was available but had to be cleaned and so we waited. Also, the key did not work in the lock and at 8:30pm a locksmith had to be called. The property is lovely and it could have been a much less stressful stay."
