「This property is extremely accessible to DC and Arlington areas, 3 minutes for Reagan airport with no noise, and easy communication with excellent support from the host. We came for our son’s college graduation. It is nicely appointed however has just the basics in the kitchen and bath so bring all essentials. We enjoyed the city view and walking to restaurants and shopping. Remember to pay for parking if needed :) It was a great stay and highly recommend this property. Also, try Hank’s Oyster...

「Very nice condo. But would leave few suggestions. Cannot turn bathroom light on without exhaust fan coming on. My sister says a kettle would be useful in kitchen. TV has no cable subscribed. I missed watching CNBC early morning. Overall, it's a very well furnished condo. Would love to come back in future.」

「Location was perfect for our quick college visit to Howard University. Walkable to Whole Foods and places to eat. Host was extremely accommodating and quick with responding. Check in instructions were clear and we had no issues. We would definitely book again if our student decides to go to Howard University next year! 」

「It’s close by to the main things you want to see in DC and street parking was pretty easy. The surrounding area was quiet. The apartment had everything you needed. The check in and check out process is super easy. The host is very responsive and helpful. Had an issue and the host had sent someone out the same day to take care of it. Would definitely recommend. 」

"駅前で便利です。 DC観光も地下鉄で20分ほどで便利です。アレキサンドリア観光も街を回る無料のバスに乗れば街の端っこまで、簡単に回れます。夜も安全で、美味しいレストランが沢山あり、無料バスに乗れば行き帰りも楽です。部屋も広くて清潔です。朝食は、高めですが品数も多くて美味しいです。朝食を安くしたければ一階にスタバもあり、周りにカフェもあります。"

"滞在するには安全で静かで、料理器具も揃う便利なところ。 DCの中心まで車なら20分、レーガン空港へも25分程度です。買い物は徒歩10分圏に高級感のあるwhole food marketまで行くのがおすすめ。朝食付きで、まぁまぁ。掃除が少ないのと、コンビニが近くにないのがたまに傷。周辺環境が良いのでおすすめです。"

"部屋の向きにもよると思いますがハイウェイの目の前なので夜もうるさいのが難あとエアコンの音も壮大だし、風呂の蛇口はグラグラで壊れかけだったりと、ホテル全体的には良かったのですが、部屋がハズレでした。"
