"The hallway carpets were grossly dirty. Many smoke/burn stains around the room. Toilet paper holders didn’t have the rods in them to actually hold the toilet paper. No bath mat. Loud screaming down the hall. Strong smell of weed in the foyer."

"Tiny room where the self-serve breakfast was set out, with people going both ways and clustering, with little room to move bc there was a line for omelets that hid or made tiny room hard to find. plates and silverware not in path---so really it's lack of direction causing chaos. Most of the seats were taken, with people in overflow room, but hard to be a single person trying to find a seat and not knowing if your tea or food would be there when you had to jump up to grab silverware. "
