There was no heat. We couldn’t get the room temperature above 60. The hot water took about 20 minutes to get like warm. The property is in need of a facelift. Paying .$20 a night for parking is insulting for a lot that is not even a quarter full.

Train the staff to smile, and welcome Guests, the lady at the reception, I believe her name is Giselle, needs to be more friendly and welcoming.. She was very rude and felt bothered by me just checking in !! Forget about asking to add the reservation to my HH !!

Served its purpose to provide a bedfor the night. We did not like finding out after we got here that we had to pay for parking. Especially since the parking area was huge and had few cars in it.

Nice property, easy check in but no luggage carts or ice available at the front desk . ( there are no ice machines or freezer in the fridge) . Lots of great amenities.

My room’s AC stopped working in the middle of the night. Miserable heat in the room, had to open the hall door to get some cool air. This was an awful unrestful night.

The food was incredibly expensive for the quality at the breakfast buffet. $25 for adults, $17 for a 5 year old. Typical buffet, nothing special although i had a decent tasting omelet. Not a $25 omelet! Front desk staff were very nice
