「Parking was easy and well lit. 」

「This place took our money and we're not even open. Then refused to give us a refund when we arrived and found the place completely abandoned! No staff, no renters, no access to main area for food, no breakfast as advertised! Be very wary and don't stay there!! 」

「The first room they had us in was dirty we cleaned some it was late and we wanted to go to bed woke up the next morning to find stains in the bed, the bed had been made with dirty bedding from the last guest. They moved us to a clean room the next day and we had to have some parts of the room cleaned as the ice bucket the fridge and microwave were dirty. Some members of there cleaning staff just don’t do there jobs while others have to come behind and clean the room. No one from the motel...

「Was travelling on Blue Ridge Parkway and spent the day hiking in the Rock Castle Gorge. Floyd is closest town to the Gorge. Hotel Floyd is amazingly modern and clean hotel in a very small and charming hamlet of VA.」

「The hosts were very kind and accommodating. The bed and breakfast was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty.」

「Friendly staff, room was clean and comfortable. We were passing through the area and stayed 1 night. Breakfast was good even though the power went out lol. The breakfast attended had a great attitude and had guests laughing and at ease during the outage. Id stay again if in the area.」
