「Lovely retreat in a quaint village placed conveniently between both coasts. Glamping at it's best. The hosts discreet but easily reached. Issues sorted swiftly (beside weather not in their power :).CLose to Newquay, Truro St Ives.Lost garden of Heligan and an amazing pub,walking distance from the site with beautiful food. Breakfast available,basics provided. I had a lovely time despite feeling that the wind will.blow away the tent over te Atlantic. Sturdy tent.」

「The room and shower were spotless. It had everything you needed even a fridge and a microwave. The lady who greeted us on Friday afternoon was very lovely and helpful. Our room was out the back of the property so was very quiet of road noise. You could here other rooms tv above but only when it was silent. The room didn't have a fan, although we didn't need one, if we had been staying a third night I'm sure we would have done due to it being so hot this weekend. Otherwise it was a fantastic...

「When we arrived at the hotel we were charged an extra £10 to park. No mention of that booking. The Hotel looked like it had been closed down for refurbishment wet paint signs all in reception no furniture. arrived at our rooms had beautiful views but rooms were very tired and dated. carpets are filthy and radiators, filthy bathroom really outdated blocked toilets no loo roll. Shower was awful no power whatsoever very very small cubicle.Just one cup in a room for two people. Kettle has old water...

「Just not very good, reasonable price but not really budget or bargain, Great location next to the train, Great Western beach and Pub, Just not a very good hotel. The single room is tiny with a tiny bed and looks more like a student doss house. No air con, fan doesn't work, no lift to the 3rd floor. Staff often not available at all, has a chintzy looking restaurant in the front but no idea what or if they serve, so many better places to eat, or stay for that matter. Tired.」

「An excellent two night stay at a location we hadn't visited for some years. Our dog-friendly room was really clean . Evening meals were good. Breakfast was not included though we think it is provided at other times of the year. There was however a very good cafe and shop next door that served breakfast, coffee and snacks. We will be back to both establishments in the next few months」

「The bed was not comfortable, would sink in the middle, no firmness. No aircon so extremely uncomfortable and difficult to sleep especially on the top floor during the heatwave. Staff were very helpful and provided a fan. Seagulls would sit on your window, knock and make a racket waking me up every morning between 4-5, noticed the people underneath feeding them.. doesn’t help! Location was good if you were happy to walk 40mins to town. Rooms were clean. Couldn’t adjust the temp of the shower,...

「You can kinda tell it used to a hostel and all they basically did was shut the bar and swap the bunkbeds out for cheap doubles to try and remarket themselves as a hotel. Cleaners were brilliant and friendly but it all needs a facelift.」

「The cobblestone parking was slightly challenging, and we weren’t expecting to be in a separate building from the inn, but the room was very comfortable and the large window had a great view which brightened up the space. The location was perfect, and the staff was pleasant and helpful. We appreciated that breakfast was included.」

「I stayed 1 night at Kingshead. The hotel is relatively new built and does not as such have historical charm. It was decorated and equipped very well and in a nice way. Thew room was spacious , tasteful and well equipped. The bed was a large and the duvet large enough for 2 people which isn't always the case.
