"We received the most amazing service at the Inside House. We must give a shout out to to Big and Annie who were so wonderful and sweet! They made our stay so special. The rooms were fantastic- the nicest I’ve ever stayed at. We had rooms with our own swimming pools and a stunning view of the mountains. Breakfast was terrific with lots of choices for local cuisine and they were able to make any of the entrees vegetarian for me ☺️"

"Pastell is a perfect hotel if you are staying in Chiang Mai for a few days. It is out of the main busy areas so it is more quiet, if that is important to you as it was for us. The coffee and breakfast are complimentary and excellent quality. The staff is kind and accommodating. "

"The room and the hotel is extremely clean! The staff is friendly, helpful and kind. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear when someone arrives to their room even in the middle of the night, so light sleepers/jet lagged people be aware! Also, they don’t have a microwave so if you are hoping to warm up your takeout after a long day, you will have to eat it cold. You are welcome."
