This hotel was absolutely stunning. I was so impressed by the room - especially the beautiful bathroom and storage. The staff was very nice, even assisting with arranging transportation to the airport. The best part is the location within Old City being walking distance to multiple temples, restaurants, and the night market on Sundays.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It has a beautiful outdoor area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the great weather. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, and the amenities felt higher-end than expected. We also appreciated the complimentary snacks available at the front desk. The service was excellent—everyone was welcoming, friendly, and consistently helpful. The location was another highlight: close enough and within walking distance of most temples, yet just far enough from the main area to avoid noise and maintain a peaceful, tranquil atmosphere. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Excellent accommodations with spacious room and great service. Chang at the front desk was amazing and provided great service. Kwan and the other staff in spa were also excellent. We also booked a tour through the hotel wand our guide Tony was great.the hotels complementary shuttle around old town was convenient and very helpful.

The location was off a main road but still felt peaceful and quiet. I loved the staff and vibe. We enjoyed sparkling wine and snacks by the pool and ate at the restaurant onsite for one dinner as well. I would absolutely come back to this hotel again in the future!

Loved our stay at the Chiang Mai Old Town hotel. Everything was perfect, from the amenities, the restaurant, the Spa, and the Service. Our room on the 2nd floor was lovely and comfortable, very spacious. Loved the free soft drinks and there was plenty of chilled water in the full-size fridge. Our room also entitled us to the free snacks and drinks in the Lounge. The Spa was excellent also - thank you to Therapists Aam and Aed! The hospitality and service was friendly, efficient, and helpful. Thank you to all staff, in particular Bam, Mali, and finally Kwan who was always friendly and helpful, making our stay so memorable. Highly recommended hotel.
