The food was delicious- we had the breakfast and, even as a big eater, I had to leave some of the full veggie english (amazing sausages!)! The pancakes were great too! "Really lovely stay. The room was very spacious, spotlessly clean and well kept, with a modern bathroom. The spa was excellent, and it was especially nice to relax in the hot tub overlooking the mountains. Breakfast had a great range of options, including a hot breakfast and continental selection, and the food was excellent. Would definitely stay again. The only slight downside was the £10 parking charge, although I appreciate parking in the area is limited."

"Great stay, at a good hotel. The room was clean and had everything in it a hotel room needed, the bathroom could do with a bit of TLC and a proper shower instead of a bath and shower. Staff were lovely and helpful letting us park a bit earlier so we could have a walk around Kendal before check in. Lovely swimming and leisure facilities too! Breakfast was good both mornings as well. Overall a great hotel for a few days stay in Kendal !"
