「This was the first stop on our road trip around California. Stayed for 3 nights, the studio is lovely and has a very well equipped kitchenette with everything you could need for you stay. Easy access to everything San Diego offers. Sunset Cliffs is just a few minutes drive away and we enjoyed watching the sunset there one of the evenings. 」

「so clean, cute, and well equipped!! had more than everything we needed!! i used to live in this neighborhood so i was very excited to be able to come back. Jane was an amazing host, i am beyond impressed with the organization of everything. would definitely look here first to book on any future returns :)」

「Beautiful ground floor apartment with private patio; amenities and special touches made our stay delightful. We never heard footfalls or voices from the owners upstairs after 9 pm. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely; a car is needed to access beaches, attractions and restaurants. 」

「I was really surprised at how great if a location this is. I was prepared for traffic since it was a weekend in the Summer, but it seemed like we always ended up going against traffic. We didn't have any problems finding parking either.」

「We have stayed in quite a few rentals and used a few different apps to do so and this is by far the smoothest/ convenient/ quality place we have ever stayed at. It is small but mighty in every way you can think of. Catherine literally thought of absolutely everything you would need to feel comfortable and at home while not sacrificing the hotel feeling of luxury. There are even robes! A first aid kit! Ice machine! Mugs and coffee! Air conditioning! and an entire beautifully decorated and private...

「My wife and two daughters and I had a wonderful homebase here as we explored San Diego beaches and the zoo. It was quiet, clean, and self contained with wonderful parking. It was perfectly relaxing and homey.」

「Clean, well appointed, and a great location for what I enjoy (I spent several hours watching all the colorful sail boats and kite surfers in the bay). An actual walker’s paradise, that felt very safe and secure to me. It was a great choice for a relaxing, laid back, restful week in San Diego. Lots of local restaurants and markets to pack and take meals/snacks to the beaches or wherever the day may take you. 」

「The space was cozy, great for my fiance, dog, and me! It's easy to get to anywhere in San Diego and there's a strip about 4 minutes away with a few coffee shops and restaurants! The space was clean and they provided all the essentials.」

「Charming, cozy, and just like the photos—this downstairs cottage was clean, comfortable, and warmly inviting. The layout is efficient, with a well-equipped kitchen, large dining table, and an incredibly comfortable living area perfect for relaxing, especially with the lush courtyard doors open. The host was responsive and helpful. A few suggestions: the beds could be more comfortable, kitchen utensils feel pieced together over time, and small amenities like tissues, lotion, and extra supplies...

"スイートベイビュー (2 Double Beds with Sofa bed)に宿泊しました。10階の見晴らしの良い部屋で、ベッドルームから綺麗な海が見えて気持ち良かったです。部屋は改装されたせいか比較的綺麗でしたが、絨毯が湿っぽくて気持ち悪かったです。リビングルームが、廊下に面していてうるさく、暗いので、居心地が悪かったです。ただ、朝食が無料で、25ドルのDestination feeで、ホテル内にあるコンビニで飲み物やお菓子を買えて無駄にならないのは良かったです。 3つ星ホテルとしては、比較的良いホテルだと思います。 "
