"Staff was very nice. The facility is clean and comfortable. I brought my family on a business trip and was a little disappointed the pool and jacuzzi were cold. We were told to turn the jets on the jacuzzi to heat it and I did not work. I had to take the kids to do something else."

The pillows are too soft but housekeeping brought me a firmer pillow solving the problem. The dining area is under construction which happens. The first day breakfast was ok, the second day it was minimal. My husband and I went out for breakfast. My only real concern since the dining area was a few tables, perhaps the conference room could have been used. There were only 4...
