「Cozy is a very accurate word for our 14 day experience. We really enjoyed the quiet small town atmosphere and the numerous rabbits and deer we would see during evening and morning walks. Also, the close proximity to the York County Heritage Trail was a welcome and unexpected surprise that facilitated some scenic and relaxing bike rides. Our only issue is that the 14 days went by way too fast.」

「I booked stay months in advance. When I arrived, the manager stated that the hotel was overbooked and my reservation had been canceled four days earlier. I was not notified in advance and to the contrary had received a confirmation email from the hotel two days previous. They stated there was no room for me. They handed me a reservation at another hotel which was further away, older, and lacked ameneties such as free hot breakfast. The hotel displaced me to accommodate a guest paying a higher...

「The property is in need of some updates and remodeling. I've been coming here for business for many years, and each year it seems to get worse. There aren't many hotel options, or else I'd choose to stay somewhere else.」

「What a delightful stay this was. The room was clean and all the furniture was antique. It felt like stepping back in time. The proprietor was very attentive and our breakfast was delicious every morning (he used fresh eggs from his own chickens). The shower had good pressure and there was plenty of hot water to take a nice relaxing bath. I would definitely stay here again.」
