Clean and spacious room, friendly staff and servers at the check-in and in the restaurant. Unique and historic venue - highly recommend staying at this property as it represents the best York has to offer, in my opinion.

The room was lovely. The staff were very warm, helpful and courtious. For some reason I had to reconnect to the Internet daily but did not ask for help. Food was OK. I understand they are in the process of getting a restaurant which should help along with a gift shop. GIven I was there over Christmas when cold and due to weather Downtown sidewalks were slippery away from the hotel my ability to walk to the downtown restaurants was limited. Would like to come back in mllder weather

Parking was easy, but across the street. Parking elevators were down during our stay, but we were able to walk up and down. Loved the grand feel of the hotel, and that it was easy to sit and visit at the bar. Also there was NO noise overnight in our room - amazing! Bathroom was clean and bright.

The staff was great especially the front desk, dining and rooftop. We enjoyed the dining - pork entree was wonderful. Our only compliant was that our room wasn’t made up one day but Dave in room services took good care of us and brought us fresh linens, etc. the location was very convenient to family that live in York and we had a wonderful weekend of family celebrations. We would stay again.
