「Wanted to change nights to 3 September and unable to get the money back even though we gave a month’s notice. On that event, we will not be recommending these people again.」

「Ideal stay.. clean rooms.. lovely polite staff..wonderful breakfast..hotel located close to coastal walks which was what we were looking for..」

「Everything was great !! Well renovated, cozy room, delicious full english breakfast, a beautiful garden, two friendly cats……, hugely heartwarming hospitality by the gentle owner above all ! Her “Anything else can I help for you? ” always encouraged me so much. Very sad at leaving.」

「We love this place and the location. Highly recommend for a quiet re-charging yourself.」

「I stayed 4 nights and my room was not serviced properly. I had to get them to make my bed after I retuned daily. I cannot understand why this was not done. I did not go on a bus mans holiday to make beds I do that at home. The food was very good at breakfast. My room was well used. Toilet seat would not stay up and blind needed replacing. I was in room 2.」

「Delicious breakfast and fantastic location seconds from the beach」

「Helpful and friendly couple. Great location.」

「This Little inn in the harbor of Portsmouth was so charming! Jeremy was the best and took very good care of us. The breakfast was impeccable and our room was adorable. I would highly recommend this little gem.」

「A band was playing until 11.10pm on Friday night which was above the legal 11pm time limit.. (this was the time I was told this would be the time the band would finish. My room was above the band- so it's worth avoiding that room! It was called “Port” Breakfast was ok other than the mouldly brown bread, I didn't check if the kitchen was clean. Didn't get breakfast on the 2nd morning as I arrived downstairs at 9.15 am - doors all locked up. The room was clean and tidy - staff friendly」

「Staff Heather was lovely. Thanks」

「Its a lovely building, full of character existing features. Parking at the back of the building with easy access. My room was the honeymoon suite. Large but cozy including a spacious bathroom with jacuzy for at least 2. Plenty of storage space and a large comfy bed. Plenty of choices for breakfast that can be bought to your room or served in the light, bright dining room with garden views. Staff were very friendly and helpful and I would definately stay there again.」

「Well it was weird, felt like I was the only one in the hotel... No one at desk when I arrived, had to message on the expedia website to have someone come over to get my key... Saw no one the rest of my Time there. Weird... But clean and it did the job.」
