「Good things: front desk at check in was very nice even though it took a room change and a couple of key card changes to get into a room. Maintenance was really helpful too. Location worked well for us Not so good things: $23 for parking in a suburban hotel parking lot is ridiculous. I don’t think the housekeeping rule was explained to us at check in so we missed a day of having towels and garbage changed in our room. Front desk was very unhelpful. No Smart TVs in room. Something every Holiday...

「CTA駅も近く、敷地内に十分な台数分の駐車場も完備されており、ハイスクールの目の前と言う事もあり治安は良い場所にあると思われる。 ホテルに宿泊以外の何を求めるかによるが朝食もついてるし、冷蔵庫、冷凍庫、電子レンジもあり特に不便は無い。 それぞれの部屋が駐車場に面している事もあり、毎晩セキュリティをセットした車のクラクションの音に悩まされた。 職員の人が連絡を取っていた様だが、解決していなかった為、無断駐車なのか？と思ってしまった。 そういう点はルーズ…。 また泊まりたいか？と言われると、リピートは無い。」
