"Great place to stay "

"The property from pictures looked like a nice place to stay. The lobby looks wonderful but once we got placed in our room it was completely different. The room was very musty and smelt like dirty socks. I went down to get a new room for the 5 of us and the only thing they had at the time was a room with a king bed. We ended up getting a room the next day that was renovated but only a king bed and one pull out couch for the 5 of us. It was better than the dated room but still nothing I would return to. The sheets on the bed were dirty sheets and just not that great of quality for being recently renovated. My kids did really enjoy the pool and water park area but still does not make it worth booking there again. Do not recommend."

"The room was very basic but very clean. My main issue were the paper thin walls. I was lucky that my neighbors weren’t crazy but I could hear talking and every movement. The food court food wasn’t great, but it was edible. Convenient for going to Universal and not spending much time in your room. "

"Pro: Great staff, the pool side grill restaurant is really nice. Good price. Quiet stay. Con: the mattress hurts my back and the pillow hurts my neck. The water temperature from shower is a little cold. I could not get a good rest because of the mattress and pillows."

"Kind staff, beautiful hotel. Tv wasn’t working though which was disappointing and also expected breakfast to be included but it was an additional charge."
