「ハードウエアは素晴らしいが、ソフトウエアに改善の余地があるといった感じ。使い慣れた方には問題ないのでしょうが、まずチェックイン時に指定されたコードで部屋の鍵が開けられず、電話をしても、コードで開くはずだとしか言われず、しかたないので、再度同じようにコードを入れたら、すんなり開いた。設定忘れに電話で気づいて解除したのではないかと思う。ホテルにいるスタッフはミッション外とのことで対応してくれないので、自分で電話するしかない（電話代が3000円近くかかった）。英語がある程度できても、テキサス訛りを電話で聞き取るのは簡単ではないと思う。部屋に入るのはコードなのに、エレベータなどを利用するためにキーを持ち歩かなければならないのは面倒。コードかキーかどっちかにしてほしい。また、基本設備は整っているが、部屋によって、ふきんやスポンジがなかったり、洗濯洗剤がなかったり、空調が効かなかったりと、チェックイン前の部屋の確認が行き届いていない感じです。ロケーションは渋滞を避けていろいろなところに行けて非常によい。せっかくよい設備なので、いろいろな人が利用できるように、もう少しだけ頑張ってください。」

「Conveniently located near NRG Stadium for a concert I attended. Not too many restaurant options that were walkable. The condo was very clean and fully furnished. Everything worked fine and is located in a secured gated parking lot. Erika the property manger was very helpful and communicated well to ensure my stay went smoothly」

「Had a great stay at this place. Location was great for our trip to NRG stadium. Place was really nice and felt like a home. The bed was not very comfortable but we wete not plsnning to do much sleep.」

「very welcoming and clean, can park right next to the front door so packing and unpacking is very convenient. clean space , provides with almost everything down to coffee and laundry detergent! 10/10 very pleasant space:) .. and i think the pool was heated loved it !!」

「This rental was a perfect location for a family wanting to visit all of the museums and zoo. My kids attended camp at the Houston Zoo for the week. I worked from the apartment during the day and then we explored the area in the afternoon. The apartment was very spacious and had what we needed for the week. The pool was great with an outdoor grilling area.」

「Communication was very clear and helpful regarding entrance to the property. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and clean with very thoughtful amenities, like bottled water, a few games, and an extra toothbrush available if needed. The complex was very quiet and I felt safe as a woman traveling alone with my two young kids. It was easy to get in and out of the complex and the location was perfect for my needs, close to the stadium. 」

「Loved the decor and layout of the place. It was close to hospitals and Rice neighborhood with all the great restaurants. I loved that there was a tv in living room and in bedroom (this gave us 2 spots to nap or watch tv without being in each others hair) washer and dryer in unit as well. I prefer condo to hotel room and this was perfect. Nice gym as well.」

「I came to stay with my daughters for an extended weekend. Overall, the property was in a good area. It was quiet and we were able to easily get to local attractions/restaurants. The only issue we had was gnats. There were swarms of gnats coming from the drain, so we did not use the kitchen space at all. It may just be due to time of year (April). The bed was very comfortable. The complex was quiet and people were friendly. 」

「Stay was great the location was great for the activities we did everything we needed was about 15 to 20 minutes away the instructions on how to obtain the key could be twerked but over all it's a great place great price for the nights we stayed I give it an 8.5 for overall stay I would do it again Thank you」

「We booked the trip and drove down from Dallas for the Houston Rodeo and the host disappeared. We emailed multiple times, called and sent several text messages and they never responded. Called VRBO and even they couldn't get in touch with them. Me and my family was stuck out in the middle of Houston with no where to go because of the accommodations were taken up by that time. VRBO had to refund our money and we had to way above and beyond our budget just to have a place to lay down, eat and...
