「From checking in to checking out, the experience was fantastic. Also, staff’s care and kindness was impressive. As a matter of fact, after checking out, we noticed that our small daughter’s toy was missing and the hotel staff searched and found kindly and arranged delivery home, which is really cared. I highly recommend this accommodation.」

「I always choose to stay at this property, the rooms are spacious, everything functions well, it is comfortable and for a single female traveller very safe (this is important for me) What I sometimes forget to mention is the 5 star pillows, linen and towels, it astounds me how some hotel don't see the value in the detail, it definitely is something I consider when staying somewhere which is sleep quality.」

「残念なホテルでした。毎日ハウスキーピングありとの事でしたが、掃除機はかけてない。不潔なバスタオルが置かれている回数3回。グラスやカップの類のセッティングが毎日されず、敢えて放置しておいた使用済みのティーポットを三日間放置。ティーパックが入っていれば変えないのでしょうか。呆れて我慢の限界でしたので、11泊するところを5泊でチェックアウトと支払ってあった残泊分の返金請求を求め、近隣の宿泊先へ移動した。また、部屋に電話が入ってある日。フロントスタッフの男性が、自分の彼女の車がある。乗らないから一日65ドルで貸す。それも自分のビジネスだ、と。車種を聞くと、そのクラスなら最低ランクの価格帯でレンタル可能。なんで頼んでもいないのに部屋に電話が入るのか？二度泊まる事はない。」

「新しいホテルで基本的な設備はすべて揃ってますし、とても快適でした。ただし、立地が悪く、近くに何もありません。バス停はありますが、あまり本数は多くありません。車があれば問題ないと思いますが、なければ日々の食事に苦労すると思います。」
